Yes. Most teams start with Pilot — one role, one hiring loop — and expand to Team once the rubric and workflow feel right.

02Do engineers need to use InterviewMesh directly?

Engineers can stay in the loop as reviewers. They inspect recordings, transcripts, scores, and the recommendation rationale without running interviews themselves.

03Does InterviewMesh make the hiring decision?

No. Alex conducts the structured first-round interview. Your team reviews the evidence and decides who moves forward.

04What does Team include that Pilot doesn't?

Team adds multi-role hiring workflows, higher interview volume, role-specific interview plans, custom evaluation criteria, team collaboration tools, shared candidate evidence libraries, advanced reporting, and historical analytics. Pilot is scoped to one role to validate the workflow first.

05When will Enterprise be available?

Enterprise is coming soon and will include ATS integrations, SSO, API access, workflow automation, enterprise compliance controls, and dedicated customer success. Reach out if you're evaluating enterprise use cases.
